No, they receive the same wage regardless of how many patients they treat

I don’t have any employee Practitioners- all mine are Contractors so they are remunerated based on the number of Patients they treat.

Q10. Do you provide Shadowing as a way of training your Practitioners?
Only for new graduates in their first few weeks or months
Occasionally, but not much really.
I almost never treat alone- I always have one of my Practitioners shadow me during treatments
I have a structured shadowing program whereby all Practitioners receive shadowing every month
Q11. Typically how many clinical hours do you work each week?
I no longer work clinical hours
Q12. Do your therapists have a good understanding of your treatment protocols, including what to say to patients to enable follow-up bookings when required?
Never thought about training my Practitioners in this – and don’t have treatment protocols
Most don’t know – because we never train our Practitioners

It really can’t operate without me for any longer than 1 week
